Error loading form ...

Hello all

I has form that work very well.
But when i try to add new Data Validation Rule to any element on page i get
next error on form load

Infopath cannot crate new, blank form.
There was error in the custom validation code.
Details:
"Duplicate attribute."

I have one data validation rule - "Number" is blank
and add second "Name" doesn't match pattern "\d+"

Any ideas ?

I also am having a very similar problem. After modifing a standard form
"issue tracking", and using is on the web to share between users for three
months, suddenly the Inforpath program will not open the updated and used
files nor the blank form indicating that I need to contact my system
administrator. The problem with this is that the same message comes up when
attempting to load the blank form from the hard drive leaving the web server
out of the equation.
Believing the program itself may have produced the error, I repairs Office
2003 successfully, and am still unable to open any Infopath template or form.
