Error loadingtype library/DLL.

Had to remove MS Office 2016 and go back to our MS Office 2010 so that my ACT database would work. Everything is working apart from when I try to export to Excel from ACT. I get the following 'Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.ApplicationClass'. thisoperation failed becasethe QueryInterface call on the COM componet for the interfacewith IID {000208D5-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: Error loadingtype library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT:0X80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY))

Any idea what I need to do to get this to work again?
