Entourage App keeps beeping that I have errors. I know I have errors because when I send mail sometimes just just vanishes. No copy in my sent item no mail comming to me because i cc myself and an external account. When I go to check the entourage error log (command + 8) it is greyed out. How do I enable it or how do I get to the entourage logs this is happing on 2 different MBP with similar configurations.
thanks

Entourage does not store error logs that you can read with the Console
application. When an error appears then it usually pops to the front of
Entourage unless you have suppressed alerts.

Check under Entourage menu --> Preferences... --> General Preferences
--> General --> Do not show Error Log dialogs.

Hope this helps!

When you say it "just vanishes", is it in your Sent folder? It's
possible the error is not within Entourage at all, but at the delivery
end, or with your mail server. If no error dialog appears in Entourage
(it should just pop up), no error has occurred there, and nothing has
been logged. If an error dialog pops up, you can then open the log with
Cmd-8 and view details.
