error login

good day every one i am just finish installing microsoft portfolio
server 2007 on the same computer that is runing microsoft project
server and i have anther SQL 2005 server on anther machine with the
reporting server
when i am trying to login to the portfolio server it give me this :
Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'

No, Ahmed, I don't have a server - the experts hang our in the server
newsgroup. Have patience, we're all volunteers here! If you're that
