Error Massege in Word and Power-Point

Hello -
I get this message when editing a doc in word or in Power Point.
Vista, Office 2003 + SP3 and other updates on a regular basis.

I've tried to install again the Office (in the setup of the office CD I've
choosen the "Install again" and not the repair option) - didn't work.
Please Help....
