Error Message: 0x8004210A

I recently downloaded an update for Office 2003. Now I get the above error
message, 0x8004210A, and cannot access my email through Outlook 2003. The KB
says it is a know problem which another download will fix. However, I cannot
find nor access that download! Any help?

Does the article mention that it is a hotfix? If yes, the article also
provides instructions on how to contact Microsoft PSS to obtain the hotfix,
which is always free of charge.
