Error message 0x800C0133

I am using Outlook express version 6.0.2900.5512.
I can send emails and access my inbox by webmail but when opening outlook
express I receive the following message:
An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'mail.bigpond.com', Server:
'mail.bigpond.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800C0133

Has any one else come across a similiar problem and fixed it?

You would do best to ask in a newsgroup that specializes in Outlook Express,
you'll receive a more expert answer from them. Outlook Express is part of
Internet Explorer, not Microsoft Office. In spite of the similarity in name,
they're not the same programme.

You didn't include your version of Outlook Express, so you'll have to choose
the correct newsgroup from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/dgbrowser/en-us/default.mspx

When posting your question to them, please make sure you include your
version of OE because they will ask you for it.
