ERROR MESSAGE 550

When trying to send e-mail in Outlook 2003, I get error message 550
Administrative Prohibition. Have spoke to my ISP and BT Broadband, both say
tis a Microsoft problem. Help!

Not really; this message isn't generated by a mail client, but by a mail
server. Sounds like you need to authenticate to your SMTP server in your
mail account properties....

Have tried that, but still not working

I really think you need to verify your settings with your ISP. Perhaps they
require SSL, a different port number, etc - whose SMTP server are you using?
Try the one for the ISP (connection).
