What version of Entourage X.

This error is not listed on the Entourage Help Page Error page.

Because Entourage X is so old there could be numerous reasons you are having
problems. Size of your database, amount of free space on your drive....

One trick starting in Entourage 2004 is to start up with shift key down to
disable schedules, but you can't do that. I suggest viewing your account on
your browser. It could be a bad message that is causing the problem. Delete
it in your browser and Entourage might be OK.

If you don't need Exchange you can get Office 2008 very reasonably. $129.99

Download and install the latest Office X update, which is 10.1.9, if you
haven't already. It's available from Microsoft.

Try rebuilding the database. In Entourage X, first go to Entourage > Turn
Off Office Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and then restart Entourage
holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box comes up, choose
to do a Typical Rebuild. If that does not fix the problem, repeat the
procedure, instead opting to do the Advanced Rebuild.
