error message - Access 2003

One worker is getting the following when trying to run a report "the open
report action was canceled" Others in the office can run the report without
problems. The query that is in the report runs fine by itself. What ccould
be wrong? What should we be looking for??

That would almost always be that you don't have a hotfix, patch, or upgrade
done. There is a hotfix for that problem at the Microsoft site and be sure
you have the latest service packs.

Apparently it has something to do with her printer - I had her change her
default printer and it works! Odd though, because others use the same printer
with no problems.....Will look at the Microsoft website for the hotfix.

Same printer can have a different printer driver version on the computer. You
might check that out.
