Error message - Accessing Frontpage web files

I am using Frontpage 2000 and have three websites I
publish through Frontpage. All of a sudden I keep getting
this error message each time I publish:

"An error occured accessing your Frontpage web files.
Authors - if authoring against a web server, please
contact the webmaster for this server's site. Webmasters -
please see the server's system log for more details."

This message comes up before I publish any of the three
websites but I can click it off and they seem to publish
okay anyway. How can i get rid of this message or correct
the problem. PS - I did recently upload the 2002 Frontpage
server extensions.

What do you mean that you recently upload the FP2002 extensions? How/where did you do this?

I installed the newest Frontpage Extensions (2002) thru my
hosting site (GoDaddy). I also found them on the Microsoft
site - should I load them from there instead?

Only you host can install the FP extensions on their server, you can not install them on a remote
server. However is sound like you did this via a control panel that you host provided, correct?

Since installing the "Office 2003 Service Pack 1" today I've been getting a
dialog box saying "The server could not complete your request..." whenever I
click on the name of one of my Webs in the "Getting started" panel. The
"Details" button on the dialog leading to a display of the "message that the
server returned" is blank.

When I open a Web using the File | Open ... commands everything works fine
and the Web is published properly.

I wonder whether there is a problem in the current set of updates.
