error message at start up

Product: microsoft office word ver. (11.6113.5703) Part of microsoft office
professional edition 2003

i am getting an error messsage when ever i try to start using outlook 2003,
the error reads:
1309 error reading from file SKu001.cab.
i am trying to sue it from an network account.

can any one help me out here. thanks.
