Error Message Cannot Update Database is Read Only Error 2950

I am trying to use the TransferText command in a macro to export data from a
linked SQL Server 2008 table to a CSV file.

I have verified the folder into which I'm trying to export the file allows
me to create files.

However, when I run the macro I get a message that the database is read only.

I am using Access 2007 on a Windows Server 2008 machine. My user account is
a member of the local Administrators group.
