Error message: Can't open photo gallery - need the CD?????

When I boot up my computer, I get an error message stating that it is trying
to open Photo Gallery and that it needs the CD. Does anyone know what "Photo
Gallery" is and where I find the CD? Or better yet, how I can get this
message to go away?

Explore to c:\Documents and settings\<your user name>\startup and remove this
program from there.

I had already tried this before I posted and there is nothing in the startup
folder with this name.
