Error Message/Computer Problem - Help

I clicked on a webpage and my computer gave me a message that said
something like "Malicious software trying to install". I though it was
blocked but now my computer freezes up and when I shut it down and turn
it back on an error message reads:

RUNDLL
Error loading w1180761.dll
Specific Module Could Not be Found

How do I fix this and get my computer working again?
