Error message consistently shows and shuts down entourage

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I get the following error message when I open entourage and then entourage closes itself down: Microsoft Sync Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Clicking the "More Information" button gives me the information I'll paste in at the end of this email. Please help me -- I googled the error but the answers were too techy for me to figure out. Right now I can't read/send emails or schedule meetings. Thanks in advance.
