ERROR MESSAGE (continued from 7.17)

Dear Mr. Rusynko: Sorry for not continuing support within
previous messages -- email account in Netscape wiped clean
after reboot!

Regarding ERROR MESSAGES from 7.17: did all you and Mr.
Rowe recommended, inc. Repair through RP. No help. 1st time
I open Image folder from within web or outside web (on hard
drive), no ERROR MESSAGE. Next time, ERROR MESSAGE.

All I can think of is to check for all latest OS, IE and MSO service packs / critical updates, then check for an updated Video
driver
