Error Message: Could not complete the operation...

After modifying a Note in MS Outlook 2003 and then trying to close Outlook, I
get an error message, "Could not complete the operation. One or more
parameter values are not valid." After pressing OK, I get a message that
Outlook will close but changes to the Note will not be saved." If you
decline, you can't close Outlook. If you accept, the changes are saved
anyway. If you cycle through that process a couple of times you get multiple
copies of the same error message. Any suggestions?
