Error message displayed when I open Outlook.

I get a displayed message whenever I open Outlook which states "powered by
Support Soft Your operating system is not supported by this installation.
I can click it off and then use Outlook. If I leave Outlook open and come
back later my computer has a black screen and I have to reboot. This only
happens when I use Outlook. I switched from Outlook Express to Outlook.
