Error message during opening "OUTLOOK"

Dear Sirs,
When opening "Outlook" I receive the following error message:
"An error occured in the folder shortcuts file (.fav). Outlook will recreate
the default folder settings."
If I press OK, "Outlook" is working fine - BUT - how can I get rid of this
error message, because it's always there when I am opening "Outlook"?
I've tried "Detect and Repair" but it doesn't bring anything, the message is
always coming back.
