Error message Enter a Network Password keeps popping up.

I recently added another yahoo email account to Outlook and since then I have
been getting an error message that pops up constantly saying "Enter Network
Password". The User ID and Password is there and I have to hit cancel to
make it go away. This happens randomly and very frequently. I downloaded
all upgrades in Microsoft but it's still happening. Yahoo says it's an
Outlook problem and my web host contact says it's Yahoo. What do I do to get
rid of this problem?
