Error Message EXC_BAD_ACCESS

I just upgraded to Office 2004 and tried to print an envelope and Word
crashes with the following error:

What do I need to fix..... can't seem to print anything and I had no
problems with Word X?

Should I reinstall to see if that will correct the problem?

The nasty problem has been fixed. After doing everything else I went to
the hp web page and downloaded a newer (version 2.3.7) print driver and
this fixed the problem. This is what I should have done first!
