error message - first time attempt to log on.

I am trying to log onto Project server for the very first time. I received
the following error message.


The controls for Project Web Access could not be downloaded correctly.
Please check your security settings in Internet Explorer or contact your
system administrator.

Any ideaas what I need to do to fix this problem?
