Error message: fonts corrupted

When we try to start up Word, we get error message that a particular font is corrupted. When we his return, another error message appears that another font is corrupt. This continues ....

What to do?

What to do?

well either the Font is ideed corrupted and you need to replace it with
a clean copy (FontBook can help you check the fonts for corruptions, but
a clean bill in this application doesn't neessarely mean it is indeed
corruption-free - there are more powerful tools for that though).

Or it could be a problem with the Font cache.
You can go to your preferences to trash your Office font cache to force
Office to rebuild it and you can use a utility like Onyx (free) to trash
the user and system font cache (reboot immediately afterwards).
