error message for microsoft outlook (0x80000003)

Everytime I try to open my microsoft outlook email it will not even open it
now. It gives me that error message and I need help figuring out what to do.
I have windows vista. It was working yesterday and then today it wont open at
all. Thank you very much, Marie
