Error Message - FP 2002

We have a confirmation page linked to a registration form on our website. For
some reason this error message has all of a sudden started coming up instead:
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.
Has anyone seen this before? I recreated the pages a million times - I don't
understand. Please help!
