Error message from Word 'unexpected error occured'

computer driving me nuts

I am trying to forward an email using Office 2003. When I hit the 'send'
buttong a Word error message pops up 'unexpected error occured' with no
further information. I have tried copying & pasting to a new email but the
same things happens.
