Error message in Outlook: Mcafee.com\vso\outscan.dll ???

A

AnnNet

When I open Outlook I get an error message:

"The add-in 'c:progra~1\mcafee.com\vso\outscan.dll could not be installed
or loaded"

I removed McAfee from my computer (it came preloaded), but I can't find
where to turn this off. I looked in msconfig, but didnt find it there.
OUtlook still works fine, it's just annoying.
Thanks for any help
Ann

In Outlook- Tools->options->other->advanced->addin options or COM addins.
Remove the reference to McAfee there.
