error message in Outlook

I installed outlook 2007 beta. It worked well the first two or three days
then when i went to open and send/receive it came up OUTLOOK Not IMPLEMENTED?
HELP!! I uninstalled outlook 2003 thinking the incompatablity of the two was
causing the problem, but it wasn't that. I can't even get any email. If you
wned an email send it to my husband at (e-mail address removed).
