Error Message In Outlook

When I try to look at certain screens in Outlook 2007 I keep getting this
message:

Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the
specified folder location. Out of memory or system resources. Close some
windows or programs and try again.

I'm not sure what to do as it comes up even when no over programs are open.
Can anyone help?
