error message & more

1) In both the INBOX and DELETED ITEMS I can't open any I received or
deleted YESTERDAY. When I try, I get the message, 'This action could
not be completed. Unknown error (4362) occurred.' 2) the DELETE
function no longer works. 3)I can send but cannot receive messages in
Entourage from my Verizon account. (I think it happened when I tried
to delete an oversize message that Verizon had deemed too large.) Can I
fix this? If not: 4) If Entourage is hopelessly screwed up and I have
to delete and reinstall it, do I have to reinstall the whole OFFICE
2004 complex or can I just reinstall Entourage from the Office 2004

Error 4362 indicates database corruption. First rebuild your database then
see if the other problems go away.
