error message: None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient

My Outlook 2003 suddenly is rejecting my outgoing
messages when I send them by bouncing them back with the
error message: "None of your e-mail accounts could send
to this recipient". I've checked the MS Knowledge Base,
Google, and this newsgroup, but I've found nothing to
help me. Does the problem have something to do with SP2?
Is it some new security 'feature'? Can anyone lead me to
a solution? Thanks
