Error message: office web configuration missing componants

Office XP has been installed with all updates for some
time now. However recently there is this error message
popping up at start up. I haven't seen a problem yet
except for the message itself, although when checking the
application log files there have been errors with MSMQMAPI
quite often. Any suggestions?
