Error Message on Installation: Does not meet minimum requirements

When trying to install Business Contact Manager I receive the following
message:

This computer does not meet the minimum requirements necessary to run
Business Contact Manager. Business Contact Manager requires at least a 400
MHX processor adn 128MB of RAM

Needless to say, my system more than meets both requirements.

How do I install this program

I believe the requirements for setup are specified in one of the setup
INI files, so you could try editing them down, or removing them.

Don't forget to backup the file before editing it!

The good news is, you're first suggestion worked for version 1 of BCM, but
when I download version 2, I get this error message again. So the question
is, how do i edit this file since it's a downloaded exe file, not a zup file
that I can extract multiple INI files, etc. from?

I don't know the details, but I expect the EXE is a self-extracting ZIP
file, or something of that nature. So it must be first extacting the
setup files and copying them to a folder on your machine. Try looking
for the folder when it pops up the error dlg. Make a copy of the ofler,
edit the INI and then try running Setup.
