Error Message on MS Office Standard 2003 - 0x80040900

Each time I press Send/Receive in Outlook, I get this
error message. Everything else is working fine but this
is driving me nuts as I've done everything I can think of
to get rid of it! Any help would be greatly appreciated -
answers on a postcard....
