error message on sharepoint configuration utility of ms project 2002

Hi there,
I used the following kb article to setup sharepoint v1.0 on windows
2003 server for ms project 2002. Everything went fine till I reached step 5
i.e Run the SharePoint Configuration Wizard when I did this I got the error
message could not create subweb or when I ran it again I got the error
message some thing like that "the subweb MS_Projectserver_PublicDocuments
does not contain the proper schema remove the subweb and try again"
I would really appreciate an help in this regard. I am thoroughly
frustrated and I have been banging my head against the kb articles and
windows 2003.

Ahmed,

You don't reference the KB article you refer to in you posting - can you
tell me which KB article it is you are referring to please ?
