I just started to get this popup window that says that Outlook has
encountered an error and needs to shut down and there is a check box that
says restart outlook and buttons to report to Microsoft. You say ok and
Outlooks restarts and does this process over and over.
I did the “detect and repair†and all the office updates like the info sheet
says to do but it keeps happening.
I don’t know what or how it started it just started. If you need more info
other than what I have said maybe I can post a screen shot of the error
message.
I think the problem is with an update to windows that caused this and the
fact that I wasn't keeping office 2003 updated, in the message where it
explains the error it tells you to update office but I think it is too late
for that after you had the problem.
And uninstalling office will not fix either cause of the registry. Did it
already.
I would like to see some one from Microsoft Office group help with a fix,
really don't want to format if there is really no need to do so...
