Error message on startup

After I installed Servie Pak 1 I startted getting this
message everytuime I start up Word 2000 and now I've
upgraded to Office 2003 and I continue to get this
annoying message everytime I start Word 2003
"Object doesn't support this property or method" Any
idea how to get rid of this annoying bug!
