Error Message: Outlook 2002

I recently purchased a Dell Axim 3xi Pocket PC. It came with Outlook
2002. I have installed this on two Dell systems with Windows XP Home
edition.

However, when I try to open Outlook 2002 to configure it (so I can sync
with the Pocket PC) I receive this messgae:

Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Could not open the item.
Try again.

How do I deal with this error? Help!!!
