Hi......would anyone know.........

Multiple people from varying email address receive an error message of 'over
quota' when they try to send me emails to my outlook 2003 email. They get
their message returned to them seven or eight times until they can finally
get one through. Why would this be? What can I do to ensure their emails
are delivered to me?

Thanks!!

Keep your mailbox on the server cleaned out?

How large is your mailbox?

HI.........my mailbox is 44847 KB.......

Over the years I've had MUCH more data there than I do now, and never had
this problem before.

How do I clean out my server mailbox?

Thanks!!

What is your allowed mailbox size? Where did you get the size from? (Switch
to non-cashed mode to verify the size.) Did the administrator lower the
mailbox size?

To clean it out, you delete messages and empty deleted items - also, you may
want to use autoarchive to keep the deleted items and junk email folder
empty.
