Error Message. please help!

I am getting an error message when trying to open a very important file that I gain access to all the time. The message is as follows.

Visio Internal Error: #2132
Action 1002: Open

ALSO I GOT THE FOLLOWING

Visio Internal Error: #2132
Action 1283: Open File

Someone please help me. I have to be able to gain access to this very important file. I have tried all the helpful tips I ran across including restarting Visio, rebooting my PC, renaming the file. i would greatly appreciate it.

I'm having a similar problem contained in my posted message:

I'm trying to open a Visio 2002 drawing file with Visio 2003 Professional Edition and I obtain the following >message:
Visio internal error: #2424
Action 1002: Open
Try to close and reopen the file. Then try to close and restart Visio.
Can you help me ?

Perhaps I'll ask support directly to Microsoft and I'll tell you the solution if possible

I am facing the same problem. In my case, the computer went off suddenly and when i turned it on, the file is showing the same error.

i hope some one may help.
