Whenever my computer starts up it gives an error message that reads "office
needs windows installer to run" and it will not open any office document and
gives an error message that reads "This program has performed an illegal
operation" and the error is in the MSI.DLL file. I cant even reinstall office
because the setup hangs up before it finishes. Ihave tried to reinstall
windows but it did not help. The operating system is windows 98SE and I
installed Office 2000
