error message regarding MS Access

I have one computer in my office that will continually get
a windows installer message that pops up for no reason at
all. The message reads: "the feature you are trying to use
is on a CD-Rom or other removable disk that is not
available. Inser the MS Access 2000 SR-1 Runtime disk &
click ok. Well, I have checked with other vendor software
we use, & none use access. I don't know what to do. HELP!!

I get the same message after running a previous version (Office 97) then
going back to running the Office 2000 version. It is probably a file such
as a dll which is being overwritten by the older version.
