Error message regarding object reference

When I open Outlook 2003, I get an error message saying "Object reference not
set to an instance of an object". This problem shuts down Business Contact
Manager and sometimes Outlook. How can I resolve this problem?

Which version of Business contact Manger are you using and when did you
receive the error message.?
