Error message regarding permissions

I just cleared a password for a read-only user, and now
when I try to open the database I get the following
message...

You do not have the necessary permissions to use the
<name> object. Have your system administrator or the
person who created this object establish the appropriate
permissions for you. (Error 3033)

I didn't make any changes to my username or the Admin
user. I don't have any .ldb file after closing
everything. And I scanned for the Nimbda virus and didn't
find it. Can someone help me figure out what's going on?
