Error message related to File/Print command

frankb

When I attempt to use the File/Print command from the drop down menu, I get
the following message. "The Macro is not found or has been disabled because
of your Macro security settings." I have repaird Microsoft Office without
results. I have also disbled the Norton Antivirus plug in for Microsoft
Office and have been unable to eliminate the problem after having completely
disabled Norton Antivirus and Norton Personal Firewall. I am currently
running Windows XP Professional SP1 and Office XP with Front Page. I recently
installed Norton Personal Firewall and upgraded from Norton System Works 2004
to NSW 2005. The problem does not exist when I use the File/Print command
from within Excel.

Help!!

Some add-in has supplied a FilePrint macro that is intercepting your
FilePrint command. Go to Tools | Macro | Macros and look for this macro.
Then change the "Macros in" setting until you find what template or add-in
the macro is coming from. Try unloading that template (Tools | Templates and
Add-ins). If that solves the problem, remove the offending template from
Word's (or the Office) Startup folder, since it is clearly incompatible with
your current version of Word.
