[Error message saving adding Task in BCM]

When I try to save a Business Note or Task the following error is displayed:
INSERT statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIN KEY constraint
'FK_ActivityTypesTable'. The conflict occurred in database
'MSBusinessContactManager', table 'ActivityTypesTable', column
'ActivityTypeID'. IRIS:1002 ActivitiesTable
The statement has been terminated.

Any clue please, could it be that the SQL Server Service Manager is not
running? The Server: field is in blank as well as the Services:

- The Server should be the PC name right how about the Services: ?

SQL database error.

SQL Agent doesn't have to be running.

Fastest way to resolve is to restore from your BCM backup. Your SQL server
is fine.

Thanks for your response. I got the issue resolved deleting the Outlook
Profile and creating a new profile.

Now the issue is with reporting. I have installed the BCM SP2 and still
getting the folowing error message:

The report could not be generated. Please try agan.

Any clue.

Try doing a reinstall of BCM Update from add /remove programs this should
take care of it
