Error message scheduling task Outllook 2003

Hello:
I need help with an error message. I have created a new
folder in Tasks. Then I tried to add a task in that
folder, and checked the notice box to obtain a warning.I
obtained an error saying the notice(warning) will not be
shown because the element is not in the Calendar folder. I
verified the element is in the proper place.
Is this a bug ?
