Error message,"Server extensions unable to access file...."?

Help me resolve this Server error message, "The server extentions were unable
to access the file............thumbs.db." tmp. Please check the file
permissions".

You need to delete this file from local and remote copy of your web site and then avoid open the
folders holding your web content outside of FP.
