Error Message @ Shut-Down: ccSvcHst

I am lost as to how to fix this problem? I receive the ccSvcHst Error
Message when trying to shut down my computer and I don't know what is the
problem or how to correct this Error? Any help is appreciated,

This is a Word newsgroup, so why post this here rather than a Windows
newsgroup? Are we the fount of all (computing) knowledge? <g>

This error is usually a Norton Antivirus bug and should be fixed by
downloading the latest patches from Symantec (note: not Virus definitions
but the application patches).
